The building definitely catches your attention from all around. Very noticeable when visiting family in St. B. Fits in well with the skyline.

The core appears to be at 36. Again with the rooftop amenities and mechanical the structure tops out around 45 equivalent stories....about the top of the crane or slightly taller

How many more times will the crane be raised? 1 or 2?

^ the last two floors (41 and 42 I think) are mechanical floors, and are quite tall. ~15-feet each.

IMO best view is Disraeli. The UFO kind of ruined it. But still pretty good from the river bridge.

Having the stone bricks as opposed to concrete has made such a big impact on the feel from the street. Add on the lighting treatments at night and other upgrades, and I don't really know how they could have done a better job and improving the street experience/look & feel seeing as how they couldn't really feasibly change too much. 330 looks very nice at night, and well lit. I would love to see the Federal Building continue its uplighting on the Main Street facade, as well as the other buildings on the east side of Main.

I agree. The view from the Arlington St is pretty good too. Along Tache and over the Provencher bridge gives great views also.

I would agree with the Disraeli view. Here is the view from near there, from the roof of this building on Annabella (2019). Two sizes of same photo so you can see context and detail. Really shows how dumb it was for CMHR to have a back side.

300 main happens to be the point of this thread though. Seems reasonable to want to see what it looks like a year later from that angle.
