It is indeed better than beige concrete, but there are still better options that could have been implemented.

The problem with Wolf Point is we have WPE (blue) next to WPS (blue) next to WPW (green) next to RP (blue) next to 150 Riverside (blue) across from 110N (blue).
Had some of these towers been spread throughout the city in different locations, I wonder if there would still be as much discussion about blue glass towers.

Spread out or clustered, blue glass looks too sterile to me. And blue is my favorite color. Would have been cool to see them try a different color with the glass. Or add some non blue accents to the building. Something. The height and massing make this an interesting building. The facade and lack of details make it boring as hell.
