Tim Horton's is opening any day now. Dollarama is coming along and a bunch of other fast food chains have been confirmed. An article came out a few months ago however saying the transit hub is "miles away".

Lots of people work in that surrounding area right now, it should be extended there already. Plenty of suburban office complexes are filling up their leasing space out there.
