It's 100 times better than 90% of the condos that have gone up over the last 8 years. I'm just thankful that they're finally coming out with nice designs after 8 years of blank glass walls of nothing. If we have to build one more Pinnacle or Burano I'll just vomit then slip into a coma.

^I tend to agree. At least it has some visual character. Whether or not the end result turns out to be junk, in terms of quality, remains to be seen.

Unappealing mass with an unattractive pattern. What character does this have over the hundred others that use balconies as architectural statements?

There's something about this that just doesn't look right, and I can't help but think it will look horrible in 10-15 years. That said, it's a welcome change in colour from the blue/green glass, but otherwise I'm not so convinced.

See, I and others don't find it an unappealing mass with an unattractive pattern. Beauty - or relative aesthetic merit, in this case - is in the eye of the beholder. This one has character in that it has a pattern at all, and isn't just a textureless, insipid slab of blue or green glass, the likes of which Toronto has so many.

It's been mentioned this one is now 93% sold. Market continues to be on fire with many projects selling out within weeks (sometimes even weekends). Potentially could see shovels hitting the ground in the Fall?

Good news. Hopefully the spring thaw will see some news on many other proposals that have been dormant.

This project is moving at a snails pace.

I'll give them some leeway as this is gonna be a big tower though.

Excavation didn't take all that long. Is 6 months slower than normal?
