I'm surprised there wasn't a thread for this already.

This is one of four larger apartment blocks currently going up in lower Stoney Creek. The area is experiencing a bit of a boom right now. (Ok, one is technically in east Hamilton, but I consider pretty much anything east of the Red Hill to be Stoney Creek).

Naw, the border is roughly Centennial from the escarpment to Queenston, and from Grays Road to the beach.

I walked by this today and had no idea that its a retirement home. Now that the exterior is nearing completion, it looks a lot more like condos or a rental.
