I think so too. But it seems like Facebook likes to keep a low profile. It would surprise me if they put Meta signage atop the (temporarily) tallest building in the city.

The setback seen on the left side here is at the 53rd floor. That being the case, it looks like they've completed the 59th floor and are working on the 60th floor in this photo.
