The core must be topped out. The hydraulic core machine is being dismantled and removed this weekend.

I think we'll need to see more of the "real" facade. Right now it's hideous, but that's because most of the building is just the siding right now. Looks like they're only on the 3rd or 4th floor above the podium with what the real outside of the building will look like...
