That's a great example!

After Chicago I went to Nashville and was very impressed. I was even a little bit jealous of all their new development. Looking at their compilation thread - they have a lot of high-rises in the pipeline.

One building under construction looks like a super tall version of the Cosmo:

[office tower - Paris]

In Portland you either have a slab tower or a stumpy slab building - Snøhetta could break that trend with their James Beard proposal that they teased us with last year.

Thats a sexy building. Unfortunately would never see something so amazing here.
