When in Vienna do like the Wieners

So a continuation on my trip. Previous threads include and are limited to London, Prague and Bratislava.

Vienna was just a day trip so only 38 or so pictures. Outside of the heart of Vienna (inside the ringstrasse), the city seemed really sleepy. Like this was a Saturday, and virtually every restaurant was closed outside of the ringstrasse. I don't know if it was a cultural/local thing. Oh well, only spent a day there. Carry on.

No translation necessary

If i have my names and info correct, Vienna has (had) three main rail stations. I think they are closing and consolidating them into one major hub. Not sure where the hub is going to be, but based on the cranes, i could guess it's there.

Very nice work, thanks for sharing. I noticed the subway stations are spotless perhaps they are new or remodeled?

If my internetting is correct, the line pictured, U3, is relatively new and most of the construction happened in the 1990s.
