[Burlington] Oval Court at Appleby GO station | ? | 8 x 11-30fl | Proposed

This was mentioned in Joan Little's latest column for the Spec. No application is available yet, apparently.

Quote:
My last column mentioned a seven-tower development awaiting site plan approval east of the Fairview GO station. Here’s a similar one. Branthaven Homes is proposing eight towers, 11 to 30 storeys, east of the Appleby GO station on Harvester. It would have 2,086 residential units, and 22,000 square metres of retail, office, daycare and a library. There is an upcoming public meeting, but no actual application yet. Council wants intensification next to GO stations, not downtown.

The address(es) = 720, 735, 740 Oval Ct. & 5135 and 5155 Fairview St. Project website: https://ovalcourt.ca/

Info for next week's public meeting is here. OPA required so this will be years and years away yet.

Thanks! I amended the thread title... Ms. Little has been known to be wrong on occasion.
[OK I tried to amend the title -- mods, please help]

Looks like they're actually planning a small community.
