Wow-- very nice pics. I love that place. I was there 2 years ago, also in March. Thanks for the set!

More insanity from the desert. Wish I had been able to spend a few days there instead of an afternoon. Thanks for the cool images Echo Park.

Never been to Death Valley, but seeing such increditable photos for sure makes me want to check it out, just not in the summer.

Beautiful! Amazing job. I love the desert, which we luckily have no shortage of here in California. I've been to Joshua Tree, Anza Borrego, and the Coachella Valley several times, but I've still never been to Death Valley.

Death Valley is one of the most interesting places I've been to. I went there in July in the middle of a heat wave, and indeed it was pretty intimidating. It was 54C (130F).

I'd like to go in the winter sometime and do some exploring. You can't do that in the summer it's just too hot.

^would you say it was a surreal place?

I went in the middle of march (tail end of winter), so the weather on the valley floor was a balmy 80 degrees during the day, however morning hiking in the upper elevations on ubehebe crater, temps were in the 40s/50s but the wind was cold and bit hard.

Wow, amazing photos! The combination of a good eye and technical skill makes you a great photographer. I love this photo and many others (the crow, the stars, the flowers...).
