Some of the garages along Sabine and Garage E on Lavaca will be redeveloped into additional office space in future phases.

I think that's the whole point.....tear down the other garages and sell the land and make those parts of the city nice.

I like the feel of that triangle office cluster! Looks nice and dense over there now....the cap is looking mighty sexy too...cannot wait for the North Congress mall to open up
