I've been watching this site for what seems a very long time and now it suddenly seems to be moving along quite quickly. Two towers going up simultaneously is something we don't often see. If this 'village' site fleshes out as the developer has planned it should be great addition to our city.

I drove by this site today and noticed that precast is being installed on the building closest to the water. The second building appears to be up to about the eighth floor.

Looks good, based on the mobile crane it looks the taller crane will come down when the weather cooperates. I assume the smaller one will be jacked up with some of the tower sections.

I wouldn't be surprised if this crane went right over to Richmond Yards.

It is coming down today. I don't think it will go to Richmond Yards, that site is Arnoldin Formwork, this crane is owned by Lead Formwork. My bet is some tower sections will be used on the shorter crane on site, the crane itself I bet will go to 7177 Quinpool.

Atlantic Drilling was working on the empty lot beside the Hazelton today...south side. Now that the two towers currently being built in Harbour Isle are nearing completion, I'm guessing that we'll see two more buildings start within the coming year. I had heard rumour that Magazine One would be the next building to go up. This would be a two or three story retail/professional building to the east of the Hazelton.

It appears a new rental tower is about to come online at Harbour Isle. And it appears a job shack has been moved to the site of the next condo tower to be built next to the Seapoint tower.

There is an active planning application for this project to change the allowed units per building and change the office and hotel sites to residential.
