I like the look of the entrance but unfortunately it's at the back of the parking lot.

The building should have been flipped so the Stone Church end was the main entrance instead of the gas meters and emergency exit door.

This. Nice looking building, good infill but crappy orientation.

It's not a big piece of land, there's an apartment building next door and townhouse complex on the other side. Just a long strip of land.

Not a bad building but I do agree the main entrance should be facing the street.

Also didn't notice the building at the corner got a re clad until I looked at this location on street view. It wasn't like that when I use to live in the area.

I actually wouldn't mind a couple of these buildings in the core but with a better orientation, of course.
