It looks like it will be a good fit, although there's a lot of hotel rooms recently completed, or approved/UC (this + JAG + Haliburton expansion + Sutton Place and Muir recently opened + various hotels outside the core). It sounds like there are plans to place further restrictions on AirBnbs so maybe these will all be needed, but it's kind of a shame that they're not building some of these as residential.

In all seriousness, I agree. Especially with the recent proposal to expand the Waverley Inn on Barrington. I feel the residential shortage is a much more pressing issue given the recent construction.
