[Halifax] The Junction (3075 Devonshire) | ? m | 12 fl | Completed

This is a residential building proposed for the triangular block at Barrington and Devonshire. The southern part of the facade is curved and it looks like it'll be built up to the street, unlike the building that went up a couple blocks north a few years ago.

Tons of construction is happening in this area. The northern part of Barrington itself isn't that appealing itself, but it's within walking distance of the shipyards, naval base, and Hydrostone/Young Street commercial area.

This building is delayed until 2015 at least. The developer is stating the slow start to the shipbuilding work as the reason for the hold-off.

This project at 3090 Barrington Street is under construction. Apparently it will have 120 apartments. Has anyone seen any drawings?

This must be one of the most unimpressive developments Halifax has seen in a long time.
