At Rossdale on the north side?
On the south side I think the next thing is the bike park.
Wasn't there supposed to be a foot bridge to connect the indigenous art park to that south Walterdale area? That would be excellent, crossing there now it's dodgy.

3 phases over multiple capital cycles I believe, but I would love to see 2-3 seacan offerings at the bottom of that hill.

I'll have to sneak over there. Can you either legally or illegally enter the airport site by foot easily? That looks gorgeous!

You can drive onto the airport lands now as there are roads. I believe you are allowed to walk around the area. I did it myself last weekend.

I was on site last week and there are signs saying to keep out, construction.

Most roads around the houses have or are supposed to have barricades. A lot of equipment moving around the storm ponds and along the old taxis ways on the east side.

As for the housing area. now 5 active projects plus the landscaping.I would tend to stay away.

I went on the long weekend when no active construction work was being done. I found no barricades on any of the roads within Blatchford. Of course, you need to stay away from the buildings under construction but walking on the streets and sidewalks is fine. Very similar to walking around in a neighbourhood under construction in the suburbs. It allows people to see the progress being done on their homes and potential buyers to see the site.
