The road to Churchill is a long range goal but is showing positive signs that it will happen. When I was in Rankin last month there was talk of the road up being more feasible because of the potential mining in the area. Mines in Arviat, Whale Cove and possible 8 in the Rankin area.
Doesn't this trip of Harpers end in Churchill this time.
