To think that these two behemoths won't even be the tallest structures in the area...

Foster must have had his intern sketch this thing up in an hour, it's that boring. Or else the guy is washed up.

It’s all in the details. I think this tower will turn iut as one of the nicer towers, even if it is a bit heavy.

Details? Are you implying there's going to be detailing in the facade?

No, it's going to be a blank glass and steel facade. Saying it's all in the details is a straight up misdirection. There are NO details.

I would recommend going back to the first page and familiarizing yourself with the renderings.

In terms of materials being used, I think only 111 W57th is nicer in the city. This is the Bugatti of buildings, reflected in its $4 billion price tag.

There are definitely interesting facade details on this tower. The glass is going to framed in marble if I recall correctly. And the glass expanses will appear to be floating because of reveals around the perimeter. It's an interesting design.

Right, it will be of the highest quality. Sure, there's no sexy skyline silhouette, but that's hard to come by these days in New York anyway.

That's what someone calls detailing?

Good lord.

Yes, that it’s incomprehensible to some shows a failed education system.
