Incline Village is actually even smaller (that's showing StateLine NV, which is the casinios, and South Lake Tahoe, CA, which is the largest population center on Lake Tahoe.

Funny enough, ever since I started eating more Indian food and Indonesian food when I was in my 20s, I started not liking ketchup. It's too sweet. My friends in college used to think I was weird for mixing ketchup with black pepper. It made it taste better, in my opinion.

And interestingly enough, in the US, since the early 1990s, salsa has been the best-selling condiment, beating ketchup. Some say that sriracha will become the best-selling condiment.

You can also make ketchup taste good by mixing in some Cholula (or whatever spicy Mexican condiment you prefer). Otherwise, ketchup sucks--I'd rather dip french fries in ranch, have hot sauce with eggs, and put mustard and pickles on hot dogs/hamburgers. Ketchup is useless. I'm not even sure if we have any here right now.

I like ketchup precisely because it's sweet. Even though it's not popular in the local cuisine down here, I love sweet stuff on my meals. Obviously, it's a sauce made for meat, that's why I use it in burgers only.

BTW, Asian cuisines are full of sweet sauces. Tare and chutney being my favourites.

No, it doesn't.

The NY and Philly areas are separate UAs, MSAs and CSAs. There's no Census metric where the two are combined.

And the Philly metro is on the list, separately, listed twice (Philly and Main Line).

Oh, I thought the SSP post (which cuts off at the point of 2 billionaires or less) was a faithful reproduction of the (full) Forbes list. I'm the one corrected then. (Not hard to imagine Philly itself can have one or two billionaires.)

It's absolutely ridiculous of them to call any area "Greater ..." since they're doing the exact opposite - if "Greater Bryn Mawr" isn't even "Great" enough to include Philly, there's clearly nothing "Great" about it.

I heard recently (and often) that London has the most. So I’d love to know what the different methods where for coming up with these numbers. People who own property vs people who work/live in the city etc. That’s hard to track especially among jetsetters.

Chicago is pretty low considering they have so many Fortune 500 headquarters and their finance industry. But then, most billionaires today seem to be coming from pre-IPO.

Toronto doesn’t surprise me given how egalitarian Canada is. The same can be said of Sydney/Australia.

What is a bit puzzling is how few Tokyo and Paris have considering they are among the most cosmopolitan of global cities that serve as the capitals of highly developed countries.

Also, probably significant is the health and demand of the city real estate market in scoring billionaires who need to diversify their into property. Not coincidentally, the cities at the top are among the most expensive to live in, where buying a house and moving to another is a solid investment.
