Hey, I just posted an overcast photo of Himmelbjerget!
It's no secret it's not always sunny up here - it's Scandinavia after all, we often have multilple days a year ( !!!! ) with partial or even full cloud coverage and only a few decades ago we even had rain!
Joking aside, it's always more fun to take photos when the weather is great and it creates the best photos - why I don't post cloudy photos from other nations either, unless I have no other option ( like with
my recent thread from Prague )
Those interested in visiting Denmark should do so in the summer half of the year ( mid may to late september ) and they should be prepared for weather that can be both windy, cloudy or rainy..
On a summer day you have a really great chance of at least a few hours of sun, but the perfect blue skies I often post is sadly not all that common ( if it was the land wouldn't be so fertile and lush )
At the end of the day we are at the mercy of the heat the Gulfstream brings up here - rain isn't all that bad, snow is very rare, but clouds does come with the territory year round..
