I don't remember, but based on this photo, is this an all steel structure all the way up or it there a concrete core somewhere in the middle? I'm surprise not to see one. Thanks.

The core is flush with the south side of the building, thicker beams are placed on that side

Just curious, whats the actual height for this thing? The thread says 282 but ive seen 318 on YIMBY, and planphilly.

318 feet is the total height including sea level

282 FT is building height. 318 FT is height of building above sea level.

We pull all building heights from the CDR submissions, so they all should be accurate.
