Thanks for the update. I wasn't aware this was already into the excavation phase.

It appears to have bottomed out on the South East corner. They may be preparing for the concrete base for the crane.

Does anyone know how many levels of parkade this tower will have? The hole doesn't look that deep so I'm guessing 3 levels of parkade.

Crane is currently going up.
What looks to be a sales centre is also having the framing put together.

Nice shot. Looks like this one is finally about to be U/C after nearly 14 years.

With construction having started back in March it seems to be moving along at a good pace

They've changed the name of this development again. It's now called Century City Holland Park

Interesting to see the sales centre still up for the Avani Center. Their website is down but the Fifth Avenue marketing website says it is sold out. I thought the tower was cancelled?

That is super weird, hopefully the 100% sold out is right. It's a good looking town and the wine bar is something no other tower in Surrey has.

Agreed, a wine bar would be a great addition to the area.

I never thought that King George would have been the first of Surrey’s Skytrain stations to have a somewhat “complete” urban feel around it.
