Bentham's getting some glass, and there's a big-ass crawler on Erie (to take down the tower crane I assume?).
Up top, there doesn't seem to be any sort of mechanical penthouse or elevator overrun on the roof, so I have no idea how people who get up to the pool deck.

Yup - they took down the crane today. They had Erie blocked off all afternoon.

They were taking down the crane at Atrium Village III the other day - it's down now.

How much was it for those sections of the Chicago model? Would probably wait for them to update it if they ever do. Michaels craft is having a framing sale right now (dont ask how i know that) probably not able to frame that badboy though. BTW there was a cool lego version of our city i saw somewhere online, i will try to find it.

The number of units, which could be a combination of apartments and condominiums, would be the maximum allowed but Letchinger said there will be “nowhere near that many."

That's the beauty (and half the fun) of digital models. Especially for cities like Chicago and New York who has skylines constantly growing and changing. Anything 3d printed now will be out of date in a year. Google Earth is usually 2 years behind. Knock on wood this pandemic doesn't slow things down.
