The cladding on the building reminds me a little of the Mondrian condo in Ottawa, as well as some of the newer towers going up in Montreal right now (think they are Roccabella?)...

Making nice progress on the window walls and cladding I see.

I have mixed feelings about specifically the coloured glass and siding used for the siding, think it looks a bit tacky and cheap but as I see the tower rise it looks better and better (to my eye)

I see similarity in the glass styling with Backstage on the Esplanade in Toronto (photo from UrbanToronto)

Having a few glassy towers like that isn't bad. Just don't want to go totally Torcouver glass.

I'm thinking that part will be a replica of the front facade since it's on about the same elevation.

If only it were all the sleek and dark... not as fond of the silver and white bits (possibly just because that style feels really over used in Ottawa).
