What was the reason this kind of thing developed in Sainte-Foy? Just curious. Most "suburban" office development tends to be low-rise elsewhere.

Glad you like 'em!

Complement of info; this UC building appears in the first pic as the orange tarp towards the center.

That St. Foy shot looks very Longueuil-ish. Even if the buildings are somewhat of a better quality.

Intriguing Rimouski shots. I like the brick warehouse (or whatever it is)

^ That's very cool! The building looks like something right out of Montreal like the western part of downtown while the grounds look straight out of Laval.

I wouldn't be surprised if something gets built on that spot in the future. That's something that hapenned a few street corners to the east, right here : https://www.google.com/maps/@46.8028...7i16384!8i8192

You can switch to the previous years to see the difference.

I just hope that if this happen, that it doesn't get completely hidden because it's a beautiful gem. If it doesn't happen at all, an underground parking with a beautiful park in the front yard would be welcome...

Your thoughts?

Indeed! And so, this one too, just a few streets to the east : https://www.google.com/maps/@46.8037...7i16384!8i8192

They looks like brothers. They even both have 11 storeys and are ''H'' shaped from the air.

It is amazing that QC has such beauties. They must be preserved at all cost.
