I see what you mean from the photos you posted. Obviously, they must have learned something. I think their new Astra Tower in Salt Lake is much more attractive.

Disaster strikes the construction site!

Crane collapses, crushing 2 cars on State Street in Salt Lake City

It's actually a coring drill rig that toppled, not a crane. Pics of the site this morning:
