Really? Was that removed in the design iterations? I thought there was a bridge on the ~4th floor connecting the buildings, above the Giant. If that is the case it wouldn't be constructed until the end.

After they started working in earnest on the south tower it was rapidly moving skyward. Now it the last couple of weeks works seems to have slowed or stopped, but I haven't been watching that closely. Has anyone been following more closely? This entire project has been unlike past PMC builds, as it has had problems with permits, starts and stops, and the like. But by now I'm quite sure that one way or another it will get done.
