Surely it wasn’t anyone on this forum? From BillyPenn.com:

Someone stole the creepy doll from Wendy's at 15th and Chestnut
Wendy's customers in Center City can breathe a sigh of relief. The "Scary Wendy" doll that lived in the window of the 15th and Chestnut location is gone. According to a manager, the near-lifesize freckled mascot was stolen, red braids and all. But before you celebrate future days of doll-free Frosties, know this: Store management is actively looking to get the mannequin replaced. Which is the right thing to do, since she was a uniquely Philly pop culture icon.

this is amazing, the windows of the Ritz give a great point of reference as to how fast this thing is going up, from October 3rd to the 11th three additional windows in its center section have become obscured by the W.

by the way that is the Ritz behind it right ?

I used the older low building immediately to the W's left as a reference. 3 1/2 completed floors above its roof on October 3rd (forms in place for 5th floor deck, but apparently no rebar yet), and 5 completed floors above its roof with today's pour of the 6th floor deck. So about 1 1/2 floors a week, and at this point moving like clockwork.

The Ritz Residences (condos). Not the Ritz hotel.

Then maybe you can ask that guy in the Ritz ( looking out his window ) if you
can shoot from his location ...... Or is that a lamp shade .....

Think they're already there, aren't they? Isn't the first floor above the transition floor (the floor with the solid concrete across the front) the 10th floor? That would mean that they're currently setting the forms for the 28th floor deck.

In addition the hotel room floors are shorter therefore height wise, this should be well past the halfway point.

I was simply saying in floor count. I count 25 or 26 floors in the pics above. It definitely is more than half complete in height due to the lower level floors.

The structure is about 56.8% of the total height, with a pretty small margin of error. Source
