I'm sure B&H Photo (building behind 1 Pennsylvania Plaza) will love all the new foot traffic as a result of HY opening up.

Just don't go on Saturdays, they are always closed on the Sabbath.

That's my go to store for electronics (used to be J&R), the floor is usually pretty busy. But their scheduling can be maddening.

I always thought that was one of the oddest buildings. Does it still have that weird, 1990s-facade-refresh-looking motel thing on top of it?
