Looks like they saved on the digital camera too. Did they use the original Nokia camera phone?

...So that's where my cousin flew off to...
Ain't that the truth. And so it goes, years ago $20 could fill your trunk with groceries, now you're lucky to get a grocery bag full for that much. (I'm giving away my age...tmi.
I didn't see what kind of flooring they used, but to save some of that 2.75 mil., I bet they got a great deal on Lumbers Liquidators.

Penn's Neural and Behavioral Sciences Building

I wish I had taken a photo when I was on the other side, the facade is really neat.

If you haven't done so, I highly recommend spending some time relaxing in the nice weather on the lawn of Dilworth Park. You are encircled by buildings of all different eras and architectural styles. Really a nice environment.

15th and Walnut update:
010 by tehshadowbat, on Flickr

Was almost about to not post this because it looked the same as TallCoolOne's image. But upon closer inspection, the Cheesecake factory interior is progressing further, and the doors at the left have been switched out with all glass ones.

Five years in, a look at Drexel's high-flying Fry

And as for that Firestone store plopped in the middle of its neighborhood? The university finally acquired it - for $9 million.

From summers link in Riverwalk thread:

https://docs.google.com/a/lsnaphilly...c1M2RlZGY2OWZj

Looks like 2001 Market Street (Commerce Square) is likely to get an 18th floor outdoor lounge overlooking JFK. Pretty nice.
