I think this will be the most beautiful building in XinYi District and it is already my favorite, and its not even completed yet.

I can’t believe it’s been underground for two and a half years and counting.
I understand that this part of construction takes time, but 2.5+ years seems excessive and much slower than it should be for the scope of this project. Unlike the rest of the world, Taiwan has not been paralyzed by COVID.

I read somewhere that the hotels have been scrapped and the tower will be strictly office space. If true, this explains the slow progress as the developers probably haven't completed the redesign. William, any information on this?

Developer only change about half floor into office space, so half is hotel and another half is for office space. The height and appearance of this building remain same, only add another floor.

I would like to make further clarification for my comment. The fact, developer is considering to change building use, but latest design amendment from government datebase they haven't change it.
