Thanks... I drove past today and it looked like they were putting sections onto the boom. Perhaps they were being replaced, if a repair was underway.

Yeah, definitely not a job for the faint of heart.

Last we heard, pre-pandemic, planning committee and council would make a decision on the height of these buildings "in the fall." Does anyone know if there are more specific details about a date available now?

Vranich’s builds never inspire.

This block, Bella Tower, the hotel going up on Main, and his build on Cannon are all drab.

It only gets that title because it's the city's first real modern highrise in a generation. It's not really good.. The ground floor is terrible and that gigantic concrete wall facing King St. is terrible (yes, I know it'll eventually be covered up).
