Was at Park Central today. Here is a quick update:

Creighton moving right along, up to 6 floors

Millennium has lots of equipment on site, but was locked up with no workers. Could be because of weather, very wet, and everything at this point is in the ground.

Lots of work at Zipps. Looking forward to this.

Yea, that's the same way they anchored the Kenect crane instead of concreting the base in.

I went by this morning (Saturday). Both Creighton and Millennium had work going on. Millennium not coming out of ground yet, but lots of rebar on site.

Despite crane going up in early April, not much vertical development at Millennium.

Glass going up at Creighton.

The crane went up way early....before they were even working on ground plumbing. I suspect it will start going fast once a lot of the groundwork is completed.

The entire slab is poured already and the elevator and stair cores are going up fast. It appears this might be a steel structure? The way the concrete is notched and the fact that the cores are CMU block normally means steel, not concrete. So once they start that, probably right after the cores are complete, it will go up really fast!

What a difference one building can make. I can't wait for Millennium to top out and the 2nd phase of Creighton to go up.

Agreed, I barely recognized Park Central with this building in place. Really looking forward to the full build out here.

On the lot just to the south of phase 1. The staging lot in the pic.
