Are these all construction lights? Taken this morning when Aura had it's lights on briefly

I guess people have moved in in the last week. As I said, I'm working on it when I have the time. The hoist was only taken down about two weeks ago. Ice has been lived in for months.

End of the year. There's dozens of towers that need updating. Both TOmaps and Canada Post have changed their sites making street addresses a lot harder to confirm.

Fastest Elevators in North America, after World Trade Centre

This week, Great Gulf Residential will start whisking construction workers to the top of its landmark One Bloor condominium project in what amounts to the Carrera of construction elevators — two Kone JumpLifts, firsts for North America, that will travel at almost four times the speed of traditional hoists.

More importantly, when the 75-storey building at Yonge and Bloor Sts. is completed, likely by late next year, the novel lifts will become two of six high-speed elevators that will carry residents to the top in about half the time of conventional cabs, travelling at almost 30 km/h.

Hmmm let me see. In the next six months Calgary is adding Telus Sky to the list (222m) , Toronto will be adding Eau Du Soleil (213m) , but dropping Aura , ICE 2, and L Tower. A wildcard out of TO will be 45 Bay (254m) could possibly start next spring providing they get a tenant. Then there's the Stantec headquarters in Edmonton (224m) ...I'm not sure the timeline on that , an Edmonton forumer could add something there. But I think we can keep this list 200m+

45 Bay doesn't need a tenant, they will be on the list the moment excavation begins for the Bus Terminal as per Whippersnapper.

It will only be taken off the list, if the building is capped if the bus terminal is completed and they still don't have a tenant. Given that's gonna be 2.5 - 3 years away, ...probably unlikely.

Yeah true , chances are IC will be able to get some tenants in that time , given that it'll be spring 2017 before the tower actually starts. Here's hoping!

Excavation for the block square 5 storey ug parking has begun, but will take A WHILE. We won't see anything above grade for 1.5yrs or so.
