Slainte re-opening

According to a thread on reddit /r/hamilton, Slainte will re-open under a new name, as early as May 1.

"It is owned by unique restaurant group. Current restaurants are: Pheasant Plucker, Augusta House, Southcote 53, Vickers Vice, Powerhouse, Don Cerry's, Pluckers, The Dickens. It will be their ninth restaurant. It is still under going renovations. There is no definite date grand opening date as of yet. It will have a new name..."

That's a really big space with a lot of overhead. I wonder what the theme will be.

Anyone heard anything about this? I can't understand how this place closed down or why it's taken so long to re open. Beautiful character building in a fantastic location. Even though the Unique restaurants all suck, you'd think this one would be a breeze to get moving again.

I believe they are renovating the space as I know the guy who installed new windows.
