[Sackville] Old Sackville & Walker | 2X15 m | 2X4 fl | Proposed

Sackville is finally starting to see some mixed-use buildings appear!

Tri Arm Holdings Ltd is seeking to amend the Sackville MPS to allow for two four storey residential buildings (124 units) with 10'000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space on 3.86 acres of land it owns at Old Sackville Road & Walker Avenue.

Case 19060 Details

Google Streetview

Other than the standard height an wood-frame construction this proposal differs from the stereotypical view of Sackville. There is significant commercial space in both buildings, there is underground parking, and the buildings are built to the sidewalk with parking in the rear. Also it is important to note this is across the street from the Sackville Terminal (Transit Oriented Development is mentioned in the application).
