Love this picture, someone should make this the skyline picture on Wikipedia. Beats me why it's a picture from the early 2000s now lol.

Side note, that lot next to the visionworks building is BEGGING for a tall one to be built there.

Thanks! I think the lighting would be too "artsy" for Wikipedia's taste. They prefer strictly illustrative pictures.

Hello everyone in the skysrcaper forum community.
You can send me a private message if you like. I'm looking to update the San Antonio skyline now that Frost and the Thompson are finished. I want to do it before they break ground on the 32 story Soledad tower. Does anyone have good connections to nearby high rise building around downtown? I greatly appreciate it! I also plan to do a helicopter run around downtown soon too.

I don't have a connection, but if you can get up the Trinity University tower I'm sure you can get some great shots. It's a really nice angle looking at downtown.

The lights were used to represent the Twin Towers of New York for the 911 twenty year tribute.

Wow... Relative to the amount of high rises in SA's skyline, I'd say downtown SA is very nicely lit up! I live in Denver and the high rises here are not even close to this lit up, due to night sky regs.

Nice shot!

Am I tripping or does it look like there's a fence around the lot of where the new Weston tower is gonna go? Haven't been downtown in a couple months to look myself.

The crane is the Floodgate building. The crane is in the middle of Commerce rd.

I don't think there is a fence around the parking lot that is the red awning that wraps around the Miliam Building.

I took a ton of photos of the city on my flight and will be posting more soon.

If you look really close next to the Weston Centre, it looks like the north side of the lot is fenced off. Could be a new mural or something though, I zoomed in as much as I could but couldn't really tell lol.

They're renovating the small plaza in front of the Weston Center. It's been fenced for a minute.

Nice that might be one of the best pictures of the skyline that I've seen. Shows off all the taller buildings + the density nicely.

Side note, when did they get rid of the BBVA signage on the Weston Centre? I wonder if they're changing it to a PNC sign.

Raul, you would really post your photo and replace the one here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downtown_San_Antonio.
