The former Crazy Horse building no longer has it's old sign. I guess this is some sort of sign of progress, though all they've done aside from this side is completely board off the entire ground floor and alleyway.

^^^^

Maybe some lawyers will want to be right beside the courthouse. With that U Shao place looking like it should open soon, that would be a good stretch. Besides the Connaught.

The space had been on the market for years as the "Jury Box" offices, with no takers, but maybe that was just a result of the Crazy Horse being in operation. Even so, I'm skeptical about the demand for additional office space downtown, since the area's swimming in it. Hopefully this finds its feet.

The sales pitch is a bit vague in parts, though. As anyone who has followed the saga of the now-AAA-rated Lister Block will know, Class A is not luxury; there's more than enough Class AA space that goes wanting for tenants. And "LEED Candidate" is a meaningless term that doesn't even definitively signal intent; every reno or new build is a "LEED Candidate".
