Dawn Victoria has been around for decades - pretty sure they build the urban towns on Barton Streeet W and others in Aldershot

Another year and not much progress -basement walls along Poulette in and a dumpster on site ... thought for sure these would be snapped up

Agreed. Real bricks just look so much better. No panel gaps filled with caulking, it's not perfect, and not weird leaking white crap that makes it look terrible.

Because these towns find themselves off Locke, they're going to sell for a lot more than say a development in the east end. Here, they can afford to use real bricks. Similar reason why 101 Locke is such a high quality build.
