They've added brackets to the most recently poured floor plate to hold the roof feature.

AllNS reports that Dexel (who owns the bank bunker next to this) is in court with Mosaic over this development. The contractors on the Dillon have allegedly been using the roof of the bank bunker to access the Dillon, and have also apparently dropped concrete and formwork that damaged the bank bunker roof.

It has way more presence than I would have expected. It sure helps with the density.

The data centre? and former KOD location (now a yogurt shop?) are atrocious.

I think Dexel owns it. So it will probably see a redevelopment proposal in the next few years.
