Jackson Squaare roof top patio.

Mybe in the late spring to early fall have some food trailerss or hot dog stands. Tim Horton's kiosk or concessions from interior vendors. Lure the people up there. There are a large amount of people don't even know that exists.
Maybe include it in the ART CRAWL as a venue.
Just have to put up some security like bright lights and 2 hr video.
A structure like a covered picnic table open sided would even make rainy days interesting. Maybe a quasi band shell.
Use it for pre concert or game day tailgate area off the sidewalks and close.
Run an Ockoberfest?
Sadly under utilized and a fair sized open venue in the heart of the city.

Does the Hamilton Urban Theatre (Association) still have plays up there? They seemed fairly successful.

And the hits keep on comin'! The White Elephant people must be especially pleased.

This city's turning around one building at a time.

It's mostly pottery, sculpture and other various handcrafted housewares with a wall devoted to books.

There's another new store just north across from the BMO called "Shine" that sells similar stuff, but with a bit more jewelry and artwork.

No. The parade will go North on James from the armories to LIUNA Station for the ceremony this year.

Uh how are they going north on James if James to Strachan is ripped up for all the construction? I live on that stretch and there is no way they'll finish in time for the parade. Are they possibly going down Barton to Hughson?

Anyone notice the construction in the City Centre at the York and James entrance? Don't get excited, it's a Cash Store, unless the hand written sign was a joke. I guess they're moving across the street.

It is... they showed he wrong picture in their ad. I was so excited...now I'm sad.

The lot for sale is actually the one where this was proposed a few years ago... 235 Main Street West | ? | 3 fl | Proposal
