Simply stunning Rendering I like the color, this design is very eye pleasing and not boring to say the least. Hopefully it will be built as rendered.

Is that the Bearden condo tower that's been discussed or a different project?

Updated rendering for the Ascent Uptown:

For those who like to follow along more closely heres the construction Cam for 300 South Tryon. You can see the lot for Ascent in the top right corner. Construction equipment is on site and the parking lot is being torn up.
https://oxblue.com/open/spectrum/tryon

Ascent will be 339' tall, 300 S. Tryon is 416' to the roof, still publicly unknown to its peak at this time. Probably 450'ish.

Also, looks like the Museum tower over the Mint may be on the fast track to starting construction as well. Plans show 447' to the roof, total height wasn't shown, likely 460'.

Two of the big projects transforming South Tryon and Stonewall area of Charlotte: Tryon Place, bottom-left that will include close to 300 ft. office tower and a hotel and C recent Uptown, bottom-center that will include residential, Whole Foods, hotel:

The first hotel planned at the Crescent Uptown development:

^Not to nitpick, but the Tryon Place office tower will be closer to 600' tall, not 300'. Latest renderings show about 35 floors tall. Hotel is probably more like 300' tall however.

To have 700,000 sq. ft. of office space & 30,000 sq. Ft. real tail, it will need to be about 35 stories.
