It looks like the glass curtain wall is up to the sixth floor now. It was stuck on the fifth for awhile.

Glazing may be stuck as they have to move that rail system that was being used. IIRC it was installed at approx. around the 6th floor.

Also, I quite like the look of TNS residential tower in the background. Nothing too fancy but looks sharp.

Glazers are pretty much holding up the works right now. They’ve missed three or four deadlines.

Looks like they're getting what ever mounting they need for the glazing on the next level installed as we speak.

Have the high winds the last few weeks contributed to the delays? It's been so windy like every day this spring.

Next crane segments are sitting on Fort, and they've finally started glazing the next floor (they are currently finishing up the west side and moving to the south, actively working on glazing Saturday morning)

Is this project still around 380 units?

Will be a nice boost in residents to the heart of Peg City!

So the core should be about 75% of it's final height by the time they raise it again.

Next time the core will be at 30. (officially 23 now)

....as for percentage, that's math - not a strong point for me.

The core won't be raised until after the crane is raised. They pretty much maxed out the height it can go without affecting the crane itself. Any higher, and the whole slip form will slip off, due to lack of concrete, which would equate for a bad time for everyone.

Once the crane is raised, they'll be able to install the concrete boom again, and continue the due process of raising that platform.
