Yellowhead branding was a brilliant choice for marketing and Gene owns the rights to use of the name for beer. I do not believe the brand name was "irredeemably damaged" what so ever. The Yellowhead name is worth
something and could be sold, licensed or leveraged with another brewer or venture in that location or elsewhere or the site sold and demolished for a mixed use tower - many options Dub may be contemplating.
