The wife and I did an early dinner at the Keg today.....

On special....Prime Rib Medium with Tempura shrimp, baked potato, Onion shavings . Delicious.

I guessed the braising but could not figure the meat out nor what was mashed. I like rutabaga done that way and goes well with the cider-braise I would think.

homemade tortilla chips. Amazingly fresh zesty and tasty.

CHILI-MARINATED PORK cooked in the traditional way on an
upright grill, shaved onto corn tortillas and topped with onion,
fresh cilantro and roasted pineapple. A little dry....but put on any of the 3 sauces offered and it gets hydrated fast.

Very little retail type commercial space exists with a River Valley View. Top of bank is monopolized by residential buildings, large set backs and towers rising from the valley blocking views from top of bank.
Of course having retail in the valley itself is still basically verboten.
