This Toll Brothers development currently just has the parking structure walls going up.

Chasse Building Team is doing both the Toll Brothers and the U-Haul midtown campus conference and fitness center right across the street, Roanoke Ave. The steel beams for U-Haul's project started delivery yesterday evening and two more truck loads came early this morning.

I'll keep the Haverly pics here and post the others on the Phoenix Development thread. I also included a pic of the parking garage for Millennium at Park Central from the U-Haul parking garage. I can't imagine having to drive to the roof of it.

One is just a placeholder image and I can't find a larger version of it. The other is just a partial rendering. But you can get an idea of what it's going to look like.

The Toll Brothers page for the Haverly is tollbrothersapartmentliving.com/property/haverly/, but not much info there yet.

It's nice to see investment in what's kind of a crummy area along the light rail, but this style of building and development is getting pretty tired IMO.

They sure aren't wasting any time though. Close in May and immediately start demolition.
Hi I'm new but was curious as to a possible target date to raze the structure? I live nearby and do have issues with the vagrants in and around the area (most are ok, just need somewhere to go but a few are out to cause trouble unfortunately). I can't find anything later than a vague July 2020 article.

Thanks!

They just got started with the paperwork last week. Design is ready and I'd imagine you'll see dirt moving early 2021.

I wish this lot was used for a project that was at least +25 stories. At least it helps with the city density. But, this was a prime time location to add to the skyline with another building around 300-400 ft.

PUD/Zoning packet for more 5-story apartments slated for the Kierland area. This one would replace 1-story offices on the SEC of Kierland/Greenway.

Downtown Multi-Family Update Photos

Was able to take some update photos of some of the multi-family low-rise developments. Here's a few of them. I didn't take any of O'Neil as it's only on the 2nd level. Sorry for the bad pics. I was in a hurry and all were taken from my car (don't worry, I was parked at each one!).

The Battery:

The Fillmore:

Broadstone Portland:

Portrait Phase II (sorry for the bad pics!):

Thanks for the pics Ronnie! Which one/where is Portrait Phase II? Also, does anyone know the status of Union Phase II? Are there renderings for that one?

EDIT:
Just found this pic on The Union's website. Great pic of the cranes and projects on the western side of downtown.

^^^Great pic!

Portrait Phase 2 is on the SW corner of 3rd St and Willetta. Union Phase 2 doesn't have any movement yet, but has lots of permits issued I believe. I posted the renderings sometime back. I'll dig them up later when I have a chance.

The parking structure at Toll Brothers Thomas is complete. Lots of work on ground infrastructure for the wrap around apartment complex going on.

I was just checking that out today too. The garage is pretty big. It's a shame the apartments will only by 5 levels. But hey! Toll Brothers is actually building which I am still in shock about!

I agree, 7 stories, matching the parking structure, would be great, but I'll take 5.
