What a contrast between the two. The most developed nation on earth and one of the least. This would be like a US vs Cuba composition. Really great job, love it!

I like how you mixed things up a little.

Manila truly is one of the 'great' Asian metropolises - absolutely cyclonic, filthy and lacking in any redeeming qualities whatsoever.

But Filipinos are great, don't get me wrong.

Wow, how did I miss this thread? Wish you had more pics; not many post the grittier parts of Manila around here.

Are those PNR tracks? Between that and the warehouses in the background, I'd initially guess somewhere near Tondo or the harbor (maybe around Tutuban?), but it doesn't seem dense enough. Curious to know...
