Those are awesome and a great idea. All for it, but you can also expand that to all homeless. Like you said, need to incorporate in a few areas, not just one centralized area.

neat. Wonder how much they cost per unit.

Toronto is building it's new modular supportive housing units for about $200k/unit, these could probably be done for even less as they are that much cheaper without the infrastructure apartment buildings need.

found the Calgary one. It replaced three detached homes on an arterial road.

They're likely substantially more expensive than the ones discussed earlier this year (which looked more like upgraded garden sheds). But these have a sense of permanence the other ones do not.

The city should consider including this option in future social housing developments. Or incentivizing developers of multi-unit dwelling complexes to allow room for them.

Boy these units look really good, very attractive! I assume they would be in high demand, as opposed to other alternatives.
