Well in the worst case at least the building will not have to come down. It's already been neglected for 25 years or so, despite the fact that downtown Dartmouth does not have a huge collecting of heritage properties like this one. Hopefully the results will be good.. it sounds like it from what people are posting, and I haven't seen the work in person.
